LSCO participated in the construction of a 87,000 sq. ft. retail shopping and dinning center located along Imperial Highway in Brea, California. The Village at La Floresta project features a stunning centerpiece water fountain, a focal point fireplace, and beautiful architectural
artwork to define the space. These elements combine to bring together the center as a true luxury destination for the community.

LSCO designed the entertainment plaza at this 60-acre parcel. Incorporating an agrarian theme surrounded by natural boulders, flagstone pavers and grain silos utilized for architectural elements while acting as mechanical housing and fire features. Also, we installed the award winning landscaping to unify the space.

Desert Hills Premium Outlets brings together the finest brands in a unique outdoor shopping environment. LSCO helped reinvent this upscale outlet center with a massive 200,000 sq ft expansion, converting it from a dated strip mall to a luxury walking mall. LSCO met the aggressive schedule and timeline to complete this unique project on schedule and within budget.

Completed in 2010, this luxurious casino resort offers an authentic desert southwest experience including a Mediterranean-style pool and family-favorite lazy river designed and constructed by LSCO. Quechan Resort Casino won the "Best of Yuma 2010" award and the National Design-Build Industry Award.

This iconic beach resort properties in Southern California, underwent an extensive $15 million renovation of its 26-acre campus. LSCO was key to this reinvention, including new room and suite renovations, three separate pool environments, an interactive children's water feature, a water slide, and the exciting new Shor Restaurant.

Legoland California Resort Hotel is designed to be just as entertaining as it's neighboring Theme Park in beautiful Carlsbad, CA. With a dragon-guarded entrance, interactive LEGO elements, and spectacular wade-in pool, this project won the "Award of Merit - Residential & Hospitality" by ENR California. LSCO installed special concrete and masonry to enhance the illusion this $30 million resort is built from LEGO bricks.

The Qualcomm Pacific Center - Building AZ is situated at the west side of the campus is woven into the landscape with a dramatic green roof that allows pedestrians to walk to the elevated gardens above the conference center. The soccer fields and adjacent courtyard with its focal point water feature create a favorite community hub for everyone at the Pacific Center Campus.
